How could I paint NY and not capture the Brooklyn Bridge? This will be my view of the iconic Bridge overlain on Manhattan.

This point north of the Bridge was the culmination of a pinnacle of a daylong 'walkabout" throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Having never been to Brooklyn before I am slightly embarrassed to say that I was surprised at how nice it was (or at least Brooklyn Heights & DUMBO). Pretty ignorant right? But then, we all have misconceptions of others and places we've never been to.
